Natural tendency of companies is to increase profits. Marketing as a business function, has a task to integrate the efforts of the total employees in all sectors and sublimates them into messages which the company interacts with its environment.

Given the power of the media, which are unavoidable in this communication, there is the concept of social responsibility as an ultimatum to the times in which we live.

Responsibility of market-oriented companies and their employees is to constantly learn, to perform their job more effectively and efficiently.

This makes the market more competitive, more productive lives of individuals and save limited resources that should be preserved for future generations.

In all fields of human involvement, for some there are physical and mental limits that can be achieved. If we increase the size and complexity of the activity in which the individual is involved, then individuals must join together so that we can do together what they could not if they continue to work independently of each other, so they make up the organization.

These organizations exist in art, science, armed forces, industry, trade, finance and non-profit organizations, and their composition to two counts of theoretically infinite number of members. However, one factor common to all these organizations: whatever the end result sought, if not to be easily turned into anarchic confusion, some of them have to lead, to manage and direct them. Different bones that make up the skeleton and muscles (individual) needs a common central nervous system (management) to control and manage the seemingly separate body (organization) in order to achieve a deliberate target.
